We are proud to share that EDA Wagyu, celebrated for its hormone- and additive-free production, circular farming system, and exceptional quality—with production accounting for less than 0.2% of all Wagyu in Japan—is now served at The Tokyo Station Hotel, a designated national cultural heritage and iconic classic luxury hotel.

Since 2024, our product has been featured at the Main Dining “Blanc Rouge” and Bar & Café “Camellia”, both esteemed for their culinary excellence and unique ambiance. The hotel’s Executive Chef, Mr. Ishihara, personally visited our farm—continuing a tradition of sourcing excellence—and confirmed the authenticity of our production philosophy and the integrity of our operations.
It is an honor for our brand to be presented in such a historic and renowned institution. We look forward to continuing to elevate EDA Wagyu’s presence in Japan’s most elegant dining scenes.
